P.s The Nautilus was established in 1989 by Mike Landos as a Pub. After 18 years in the Night life, with the family growing, and the age.....
.....Mike decides to turn the place into An Italian "Trattoria". In italian "Trattoria" is a kind of caf'e - bistro, usually, family run businesses which offer home made food (mostly pasta dishes), and also some very tasty sweets - Dolci.
This didn't come to Mike's mind from no where, he lived, studied and worked in Italy for 5 years. Catering school, Tourism studies and worked in some fine restaurants. In year 2007 he met Spyros the ex Chef, who was trained in Switzerland as a cook. After a few years of work in Athens in "La Pasteria" and some other fine restaurants.
Love brought Spyros to Cyprus. Mike and Spyros Joined forces and here comes "Nautilus Trattoria Italiana", boosting a big success among locals and tourists who keep coming back again and again.
Spyros has now moved to another establishment as a chef. We would like to thank him for the collaboration all this years,
and wish him good luck and all the the best for his future career.
